This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Cancellation policy: If cancelled before 7 days of your arrival date, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged from your account. If cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the first night stay + taxes.


THE PROPERTY
- No elevator in home. 3 levels.
- We provide the following in the suites: Bedding sheets, towels, iron, ironing board, hanger, toilet paper, body soap, shampoo, hair dryer, mini fridge, water bottle, wine glasses, corkscrew, TV, free Wi-fi, coffee pot, coffee, sugar, cream.

- Closets/dresses available in all rooms.

- 3 Common areas on the first floor with tables, chairs, sofas and piano.

- Shared laundry room on first floor: free washer and dryer (guests need to bring their own detergent).

- Shared full kitchen on first floor.
- Free Wi-fi, A/C and heating.
- Our house has security cameras for our guest's safety.

-Code for your self check-in and for your private suite with the keypad is provided on the arrival day at 2PM by the host on the platform inbox that you booked.

-Check-in: 3PM. Check-out: 11AM.

-Kitchen can be used until 10PM. All guests must clean up after themselves so we can have a safe and organized environment for everyone.

- Pets not allowed. Service animals welcome (provide documentation).

- Smoking NOT allowed.
